Afrobeats superstar David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has announced an exclusive live premiere of his forthcoming sixth studio album, Oriade, scheduled for August 11 in London.

The singer announced on his X account on Friday, revealing the show will be held at the O2 Forum Kentish Town.

"London! Join me on Aug. 11 at the O2 Forum Kentish Town for a very special show," he wrote. "This will be the first and only chance to hear Oriade performed live, so if you want to experience the new album before anyone else, tickets are on sale now. I'll see you there!"

Davido had earlier told fans the album would be released on July 31, marking 15 years since he committed to music as a career.

"Over fifteen years ago, I decided to trust something I couldn't fully explain. I just knew music was my destiny," he told Billboard. "The biggest blessings often come from betting on yourself, even when the destination isn't in sight yet."

The 13-track album's lead single, "I Know Who I Be," features South African producers Jazzwrld and GL Ceejay and has already given fans an early sense of its direction. Reports describe the project as a deliberate return to Davido's original high-energy African sound, moving away from the more pop-leaning influences of his 2025 album, 5ive, which charted on the Billboard 200.

The O2 Forum Kentish Town, a 2,300-capacity venue operated by Live Nation, has hosted major artists across the globe since its conversion into a live music space in the 1980s.
