Polaris Bank has announced a planned system maintenance that will run through the Easter period, with some of its services expected to be temporarily affected.
In a notice sent to customers, the bank said the maintenance will take place nightly from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., starting Friday, April 3, through Monday, April 6, 2026.
During those hours, users may experience issues accessing its mobile platform, VULTe. To avoid disruption, customers have been advised to switch to an alternative channel, PolarisXperience, which can be accessed via the bank’s website.
The bank said the move is part of efforts to improve its services and overall user experience, though it acknowledged the inconvenience the downtime may cause.
Normal operations are expected to resume fully after the maintenance window.
