American fitness influencer and content creator Ashton Hall has described Nigeria as his favourite African destination after visiting six countries across the continent, saying Lagos stood out for its culture, food and energy.

Hall shared the remarks during a livestream on his Kick channel while reflecting on a tour that took him to South Africa, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, Ghana and Nigeria.

"Lagos, Nigeria, feels like an African version of Miami. Their culture, food—I mean, I like all of them. Africa is fire," he said.

During his stay in Lagos, Hall collaborated with Nigerian fitness enthusiasts, including bodybuilder Jack Manuel, participated in outdoor workout sessions and midnight fitness runs, and experienced motorcycle rides, popularly known as 'okada'.

Beyond fitness, the content creator also met with music executive Don Jazzy, interacted with fans, and livestreamed much of his visit, offering followers a closer look at everyday life and popular culture in Nigeria.
