Former Big Brother Naija housemate Sheggz has shared how his understanding of love has changed as he marks his 30th birthday, saying he no longer believes that a successful relationship is simply about finding the "right person."

The reality TV star said his past relationships have taught him valuable life lessons, helping him understand that love often reveals a person's strengths, weaknesses and areas that still need personal growth.

According to Sheggz, he now places greater value on consistency, accountability and mutual respect than on chemistry alone. He believes lasting relationships are built by two people who are willing to grow together and support each other through life's challenges.
